Listings and product condition

Product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, condition, images, price and stock are provided to help customers make an informed purchase. Used or refurbished products may show reasonable cosmetic wear consistent with the condition disclosed in the listing. Customers should review the listing and compatibility requirements before ordering.

Pricing, currency and availability

Prices and stock may change before an order is completed. The checkout system revalidates applicable pricing, stock and shipping information before an order or payment session is created. Where a different currency is selected, exchange-rate movements or charges imposed by a bank, card issuer or other payment provider may affect the final amount charged outside SL HORIZON MART's control.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not require SL HORIZON MART to fulfil an order where payment is not confirmed, stock is unavailable, material listing information is incorrect, fraud or security checks fail, or fulfilment would be unlawful or impracticable. Available payment methods may include Stripe-supported online payments and Cash on Delivery where the checkout expressly makes that option available.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return and refund handling depends on the order status, payment status, product condition and the nature of the issue. Customers should follow the Returns & Refunds policy and should not return goods without return instructions. Where payment has already been captured, refund processing may depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory consumer right that applies under the law governing the transaction. If a mandatory legal right provides greater protection than these terms, that legal right prevails.

Business and wholesale orders

B2B, wholesale, procurement or other commercial purchases may also be subject to a written quotation, invoice, purchase order or separately agreed commercial terms. Where such written terms apply to a business transaction, they supplement these website terms to the extent stated in that document.

These terms may be updated as the store's services develop. The version applicable to an order is the version reasonably available at the time the order is placed, subject always to mandatory law.
